During this time of shelter-in-place, it is typical for most people who live along to struggle during these times of social distancing. Here are some ways to cope:

  2. Practice a hobby with others on a virtual meeting

  3. Get creative and join a virtual meeting on how to draw or paint

  4. Sign up for online exercise classes

  5. Gather friends to have a zoom meeting over dinner.
