Stressed out? Excessive Worrying? Feeling dread? Overwhelmed?

If you said yes to the above, it sounds like you may have anxiety. Anxiety can take the form of having constant unpleasant feelings of dread over a perceived immediate threat. This threat may feel like a lingering heaviness and jitters inside of you that you cannot shake off no matter how hard you try.

How will I address your anxiety?

I use a variety of approaches and as I get to know you better, I will fine tune which approach to use more often. Regardless of the approach, you will need someone to not give up on you when you feel like there is no solution to your suffering. There’s no need to navigate the world by yourself. I am committed to helping you create a better life!

Some of my clients have told me that hearing my laughter has reminded them that life can still be joyful. If you are experiencing depression or anxiety and feel like you are in a dark room with no way out, please know that there is a possibility for more light in.

I commend you for having the courage to take the first step to seek help. I work well with clients who appreciate the humor in life and are ready for a positive change. Therapy doesn’t come with a guarantee for success, but with you making the effort to work on yourself, you are giving yourself the possibility for a better life.

What should I expect from therapy?

The first session is 55-60 minutes. Afterwards, your session time is 45-50 minutes. In the first session, I will discuss with you about the different therapy types that I use in our sessions. You will be asked to share personal details that will help me understand you better. These sessions are for you to work on what is getting in your way to living the life you want. Please go to FAQ for more information.
